I called Allred to give a second opinion for our HVAC system problem. I already knew the blower just wasn't coming on but, I'm not a repairman and needed it professionally diagnosed. Our first company (original installer) diagnosed it as so and then quoted a HUGE repair cost, I'm still pursuing warranty issues. I've used Allred for routine service in years past and they came to mind easily. Zach was friendly and diagnosed issue, the quote was much less than the first company. They were able to get the part next morning and repair that afternoon. This was day before Thanksgiving! The only improvement I'd like to see is an itemized invoice, parts and labor broken out, not a lump sum bill. Same with any quotes.
