Bill our service tech was personable and knowledgeable- he knew what he was doing and I felt confident in his work. One piece that I felt was important in dealing with a service company is the push to buy more product. I didn’t feel that way from Bill. I purchased something that I felt was personally necessary for my heating unit; I didn’t feel that Bull was pushing anything on to me to do.
