Our technician was on time, knowledgeable and very friendly. He spent a lot of time assessing the situation and determinating what was needed. He patiently figured out the issue, solved it and got the AC back up and running. He was definitely the best technician of any service company I have ever dealt with. He even called my cell a few hours later to see if everything was running correctly.
