Our original appt. had to be cancelled and we were given plenty of notice. Since it was not an emergency and you knew that it was not a problem. We were updated frequently as to the time of the arrival and it was well within the time frame. The serviceman was very courteous, friendly and professional. We were very pleased with the service. I did have to contact Angela on a billing question and she was extremely helpful and handled the matter very quickly.
