Zale was a Blessing. It was a scary situation, an Emergency, when our furnace cracked on Tuesday 12/2, one of the coldest days. We no have no heat in our four family. Because our Burnam was a large, commercial grade furnace, Winters was recommended by our plumber, Rich, from Tremont Plumbing and within 9 hours, Ken sent us his specialist Zale, while other plumbers would not even call me back.
Zale was amazing. He is knowledgeable, caring, personable and professional. He cared about us, and won our confidence in the plan he proposed. We feel that will solve our problems. With 75% of rhe household being elderly, 2 of which disabled, Zale proposed an action plan to guide us with what needs to be done to care for them and to keep the units from freezing pipes, until the 11th (cued) or 15th of Dec., when Winters will begin removing the furnace and installing the new one. We signed the contract. Zale calmed my fears, and we signed a contract to have the Winters do the work. He also went the extra mile to get some heaters for us to begin to protect from freezing pipes.
I was impressed with this young man and he gained my confidence that Winters will solve our problem. I look forward to reviewing again, during/after the work is done.
