I called them on an emergency basis. Not knowing who to call I went to the Greater Boston Best Practices pick reports for 2017. Winters was right there at the top. Their reviews were good and they were "best practice" two years in a row. Additionally, I had seen their lime green work vans in my neighborhood a few times. The thought went through my mind at the time that they must be pretty good since my neighbors seem to be using their services a lot. I was number five call in line on a very cold cold day and even though they had to service their "service contract" customers first, they assured me they would get to me as soon as possible. In fact, they called me a couple of times to let me know what their status was. Well they came to my aid! It was the end of the day. I could tell he was tired and cold, but he was courteous, efficient, and caring about my situation. As it turned out I needed a new furnace, and i felt confident working with them. So now I'm nice and cozy and warm with my new furnace a few days later writing this review. Oh--- and they furnished me with space heaters, to use in the interim. The crew of men were great and they all worked together well too. Thanks Winters!!!
