Second visit
On the second visit, once the problem was looked at, the plumber left to buy supplies to do the job. He was only to be gone for an hour but was gone for a much longer time. Once he finally returned, he did a great job. I think that once the problem is determined, the plumbers should have the supplies on their trucks.
