ok but will decide later

I am pretty satisfied with the results. The house is cool again, but it would have been good to balance the system so the cooling was better distributed. And, I was shocked that you charged $350 to install my son's faucet when you were already on site and he had purchased it. Your prices are very high but service is good. I reserve judgement until I use the 3 year service.

We hope that you will be very happy with our 3 year service plan, which entitles you to priority service including, 2 checkup visits per year, no dispatch fees (after hours, weekends, and holidays) as well as 15% off your future services, We are going to go ahead and take 15% off the $350 that was charged for the faucet install.
