I requested a referral to plumbing service providers through Angie's List on Wednesday. Two companies were provided, so I reached out to the first one that never got back to me and then to Pipe Works who were able to send out a technician within one hour. He called to inform me that he was on his way and came and inspected what needed to be done, providing an itemized statement of work. He gave me the seniors discount and waived the taxes on the job since it was over $1,000.
He returned two days later and completed the job within 3 hours. He was professional, polite, respectful of my home always removing his shoes each time he left and came back and explained the work he had done when he was finished.
I would use this company again without reservation and highly recommend them for quality, reliability, affordability and exceptional professionalism. They also follow-up after the job is complete.
