I have used Pipe works for years and they are always very good.
I had a leak coming from bathroom to the ceiling below and thought i had a drainage issue.
When Pipe works arrived he quickly was able to ascertain that it was not a drain issue but a caulking issue around the top from my daughter always having water going onto the floor. From there it leak down unto the ceiling below. So instead of having to deal with a pipe issue it was just some recaulking and the problem was solved!
