We were very pleased with Pipe Works Services. The first person who came out to do the diagnosis on our old air conditioning system was very good. We already knew that it was not worth fixing. Then, John came out and sold us the new unit. The next day, three young men came out to install the new unit. There was Giovanni, Joe, and another young man whose name we do not recall at this moment. But they all deserve true commendation for their work, and for their attitude, and we called the company to let them know. They were pleasant and professional, and we feel that if anything goes wrong, we could contact them, and they would help us!
