I am very pleased with the overall experience of having a new high efficiency Lennox Furnace installed. Although the cost was significant, it seems to have addressed the problem of having to constantly repair a high efficiency Lennox furnace installed only about 8 years ago by another HVAC company, Ron-Jon, which apparently was too large for the size of my house and the space for it in my utility room preventing proper air intake. I choose Pipeworks for this project because they are certified Lennox dealers and because of the many projects they have handled for me in the past. I will continue to recommend Pipeworks and expect to hire them for future projects at my home and recommend them to my real estate clients. On the other hand, I am totally dissatisfied with the company, Ron-Jon.
