Zach, your technician, did a good job removing the old water heater and installing the new water heater.
I wasn't pleased to have to replace a one year old water heater due to some flooding in my basement. But as your company replaced the water heater last year, I was offered the replacement at the same cost as last year. This was a courtesy I appreciated. Zach did a good job in re-installation and I was glad you had a replacement there in under an hour.
