the young man was on time, explained, went to work
after shutting off the water... it did not take him long to
repair the section in the basement that had a washing
machine hooked up; nor did the repair of under the
kitchen sink seem to challenge him. When he was
finished, the politely mentioned that there was minor
water on the floor---helpful? --Yes, I'd have freaked
discovering it later.
