Phoned to say he was arriving and right around the corner from me. Upon arrival, I saw him back into my driveway, and for no apparent reason sat in his van for 15 minutes before getting out !
I was not told a second half hour would be an additional $99.
Guessing he stalled coming in because that would increase service time.
