Excellent service by pleasant technician

We were able to receive service at a time when many plumbers told us to wait 3 days for them to show up...not only that, the technician Mike showed up at exactly on time, with a mask on, and a pleasant smile and way of speaking to us. He was very responsive to answer all our questions and make sure we understood what he was doing. Would definitely call Pipe Works again !
