Very professional

Pipeworks' technician, Pablo, was extrtemely professional and took the time point out and explain the problem then checked with the office to ensure that the replacement part required wasn't still under warranty (it wasn't). Replaced part quickly and left before/after pictures of old/damaged part and new replacement. All-in-all a very pleasant experience.
