I called and was told a service person would be out within hours. I was very impressed by this company, they sent a text message with a link to utube showing all the precautions they take - they even sent me a picture of the serviceman that would be coming! They texted me to let me know when they were on their way, and got there when they said they would! The serviceman was courteous and polite. I would HIGHLY recommend them.
