In the past year alone, Pipe Works has installed a new thermostat, changed our boiler, and repaired a leaky pipe in the ceiling. They always answer the phone; they are prompt; their employees respect your home and are courteous; and their work seems very thorough. They also have an excellent reputation with the town of Madison...so anything requiring a permit/inspection will sail through quickly.

You do pay a bit of a premium for this level of service, though. Don't expect a bargain. You will probably pay 20-40% more than you would from some lesser known, less efficient service. We think the peace of mind and convenience is worth it.
