Was charged almost 4Xs the price compared to PSE&G as well as another area HVAC contractor. Never again ......

Total upsell....from the video they send with their first text to the sales pitch the tech read off his tablet. Wanted a simple ignitor switch. Was given 5 OPTIONS from the "band aid" to the the "Gold". It was a $60 part with an hour of labor. Prices ranged from $600 for the band aid to $1700. for the Gold. PSE&G gave me a quote of $260-$320. Total RIP OFF

Thank you for taking the time for your review, We send all of our customers an email to introduce the technician coming out to their home. All of our customer are always given several options on their repairs to allow them to have choices. These options provide different levels of cost for the repairs. I see that you chose the bronze option but there were lower options to choose from.
