One of the Service Design Specialists came out to our home to explain in detail what needed to be accomplished in order to get heat back on the first floor. All our options were explained and our questions answered. The service technicians came as promised and did an awesome job installing the new gas furnace and central air unit. The technicians were courteous and professional. Not once did they stop working until the installation was completed. They left the work area spotless and made sure everything was working perfectly before departing. We are extremely pleased with the PipeWorks team.
