Pipe Works Services has come out to my home a few times before. Recently, we had them replace a bathroom sink waste pipe. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. The technician found that the problem was a little more extensive than he had thought at first but was still able to complete the work very quickly with the materials he had on hand. The work turned out fine and we definitely would recommend the company to others. Pipe Works Services was very quick to respond to our call. It started out a little bit difficult when we initially made the call as we got switched over to the answering service. The operator was clueless and just going through their script. But once the office called me back, we got the appointment set up just fine. As for pricing, my husband was really the one who handled all of that when the technician was finished and went over the bill with him. Since we did not make any formal comparison to other companies out there, plus the fact that we have used them before, tells me that their pricing has to be reasonable or we would not have used them again.
