Pipe Works Services has always done a phenomenal job for us! This was not our first time using their services. We keep going back to them because their customer service is excellent and their workmanship is fantastic! Everything is seamless from start to finish with them! When I call for an appointment the staff is friendly and accommodating. They are able to schedule appointments quickly. Plus, their pricing is reasonable. We had them come out recently to install a new air conditioner. Everything turned out great. The technicians were prompt, polite and professional. When they came out to assess the unit first they were able to do the assessment quickly and effectively. They took plenty of time to explain their findings from the assessment to me as well as telling me what needed to be done. They also took the time to answer the questions I had for them. When they work they are very meticulous. They put down carpets over where they walk in the house, they wear booties, they clean up their work area, they do a wonderful job! They are very courteous and respectful. They were calm, cool and collected and now I, too, am calm cool and collected! If you need work done you absolutely should call Pipe Works Services!!
