From start to finish pipe works is committed to excellence. I checked out reviews on angies list. They were all positive. I called and within minutes received a call back. The receptionist was pleasant and courteous. She scheduled me as the next appointment. Again within minutes the receptionist called and said the technician was on his way. 20 minutes later the doorbell rang. The technician introduced himself. I brought the tech. downstairs to assess the damage. he went over the problem and how he can fix it. He explained in detail what he was going to do and how much this would cost. The tech. showed me on the camera the clog and how he was going to remove this. The project went well. He was courteous,knowledgeable,customer friendly and considerate. I will definitely recommend. Five stars!!!!
