Response was prompt and technician was skilled and courteous.
The technician arrived on time for the estimate. There was some confusion concerning the type of air cleaner I wanted ( probably due to differing terminology perceptions). He brought up the product tech data sheets for most electronic air cleaners and we were able to find the type I had in mind and scheduled an installation appointment. for the following Monday.
He returned, on time, the following Monday with the correct unit and installed it with minimal disruption .
