Fast response, excellent service
On a Sunday morning I realized my downstairs furnace was not running. Since I have 2 zone heating I was not too cold, so when I placed the call, I left a message on the answering machine that it could wait until Monday. I no sooner hung up the call when a customer service rep called me back to insure I was ok with waiting and took all my information and scheduled a technician for Monday. My preferred technician was on call Monday and took care of the issue, quickly and professionally as usual. I appreciate that customer service made the effort to assign the technician that has done most of my major heating/ac and plumbing work. I'm sure all their techs are good but I appreciate that little extra effort on their part.
