I have been very happy with Pipe Works Services. I've used them before when they were working for a contractor I had hired. This time I hired them directly and I asked for this particular workman, Mario. I called them to deal with two issues with bathrooms. I had to have a new toilet installed and the parts within a tank needed to be rebuilt. The technician did a great job on both and everything is working well. The pricing is fair for the quality of work they do. He was professional and efficient. He couldn't have been any better! I am not good running up and down stairs due to health issues, but it was never a problem. He was conscientious, neat and very careful. He was very focused on the work throughout. Another good thing was that he explained everything very clearly to me. He told me what needs to be done and how he was going to go about it.
