Hi, the folks helping on the phone scheduling and other things are always good.

One comment I'd have for the service technicians is often I'm not the one home to walk through the service or review the recommended add-on items. Then I just get a large invoice of to-do's which I often can't prioritize. Open to how this is structured, but one suggestion is aggregating recommendations into the following 3 categories:

1) Need action immediately: this is remedial service absolutely essential and time sensitive. Note if there are any cheaper but just as effective alternatives,

2) Highly recommended: why this is needed, consequence of not having in place, and recommended time things can stay as-is without adverse effects. Are there any cheaper and just as effective alternatives here?

3) Recommended (but can afford to hold off): why this is recommended, consequence of not having in place, and recommended time things can stay as-is without adverse effects.
