We have service contract with Pipe Works Services and a couple of times we've had to call them for after hours emergencies. They're very responsive and thorough and we really appreciated not having to sit around overnight wondering what to do. They do good quality work and they've done routine maintenance for us as well. Again the thoroughness of their work is a highlight. They check everything out for you and give you a full report. I really feel like I'm getting my money's worth.
