Response was prompt and personnell were courteous.

I needed a replacement furnace filter. When I called to see if you had it in stock, the attendant didn't put me on hold but checked and called me back within a minute or so.
When I picked it up, the filter was there and no one tried to upsell me.
It was an altogether pleasant experience.
