Daniel showed up exactly when he said he would. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what was wrong with my furnace. It was bitter cold and he didn't complain about having to work in freezing furnace room on balcony. He provided needed advice. I did not feel I was being pressured. All around great service during a very busy cold snap.
