Capital Plumbing & Heating has always done great work for us! This was not our first time using them. We have been with them for several years now. Over time we had some issues with the furnace and the visit became a bit complicated but as always, they handled the situation very well. We had to have the motor on our furnace replaced. Shortly after that we ended up replacing the whole furnace. Then we have been adding on more features to it with more components. Most recently they came out to upgrade our hot water heater. I have been doing some remodeling here at the house and when we renovated the bathroom our hot water heater would not accommodate the load. Everything slides smoothly with them like butter on toast! We have never had any problems with their services. Their technicians are always prompt, polite and professional. Over the years they have been kind enough to send the same technician, Jesse, to our home. He knows us, he knows our older home and he knows our equipment. So it is nice having the same technician out here. Jesse is very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He is always respectful of our home. Whenever there is a problem, he is able to quickly and efficiently assess the problem. He then takes the time to explain what is going on to us and answer any of our questions. He has also taken further steps to not only look at our equipment but also looking into other issues that may be causing the problems with the age of the home. That type of initiative is excellent to see. Jesse is just superb. He brings along a book with him that has their pricing so he can quote you on the spot then he makes the service appointment at that time, so everything is scheduled within a timely manner. He is top notch! When the problem is an odd one, he manages to find a way to jimmy rig things to work for us until we figure out what final fix we want for the problem, and he has the ingenuity to do it! When the inspector came through after they installed the new HVAC system even the inspector was amazed at how well the job was done in the confines of this older home. From day one with them everything has always been pleasant, professional and just downright excellent. When we first called them a long while ago the receptionist did not bounce us around from department to department like other companies do. She listened, she was pleasant, she was courteous, and she scheduled the appointment quickly and efficiently. I have the annual plan with them which takes away any worries on my part about keeping the appointment times or filter change times, they take care of it all. Plus, the annual subscription pays for itself. When they come out to do the inspection there is no charge! This membership also gives me discounts, no call out fees and they schedule the service automatically taking any of the hassle off of my shoulders. They are very well versed in their tasks and they make it more than convenient to use them. Using their services can put your mind at ease about the most important pieces of equipment in your home. Their office has their process down pat. Everyone is driven by their integrity and honesty at the company and that is wonderful! They take on any task to keep the whole system running at its greatest efficiency level. I used to do these tasks on my own but now a days you need the right tools and knowledge to do these things. For seniors or single folk this is a great service and can put y our mind at ease about your equipment. Greg has an excellent business model going, they have set a high bar and I think any other company would have a difficult time reaching the bar that Greg has set!
