Capital Plumbing & Heating has always done a really good job for us! This was not our first time using them. We have used them for quite some time now. I have used them mostly for buying filter media but this was the first time I had them come to our house. Our furnace had the water drain line backed up and the pressure valved stopped. They were able to assess the problem quickly and fix it as well as cleaning the unit for us. The technicians were prompt, polite and friendly. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They also impressed me when there was one area they were unsure of and they did stop to call the company to ask about it rather than to just move ahead without the proper knowledge, that shows me they care about what they are doing and the work they do for their clients.
