I just found Capital Plumbing & Heating. I have to say it was the most positive experience that I have had doing business with a service agency. This was my first time trying them and boy, was I ever pleased! The technician who came out, Dave, was absolutely outstanding! He was highly knowledgeable and courteous in every way. He waited on the second technician to arrive and he was very personable, as well. They replaced the heating unit in the garage. Everything came out just great! They showed up way ahead of schedule and finished the work in a very timely manner. The office was wonderful as well. I had initially called on a Sunday to get help from any plumbing company out there. I was caught in an emergency situation. Here it is nearly a month later and can you believe that the companies still have not called me back? No one responded! Then I was lucky enough to find Capital Plumbing & Heating. Not only did I reach someone who could help but I got an actual live person on the line. That is very rare these days. They had someone out in less than twenty-four hours. They got to work right away and I am just very impressed by all of this. I highly recommend them and I will definitely use them again from now on. Dave was so nice that about a week later I actually received a "Thank You" note from him for giving him the service. No one takes the time to do those things anymore. What an absolutely wonderful experience it was doing business with them!
