I had the pleasure of using Capital Plumbing & Heating for the first time. I had an issue at one of my rental properties and called them to see what they could do to fix it. They answered the phone and gave me a four-hour window of time that they could arrive, they were there within two hours. They called me to let me know what my options were before making any repairs and let me decide what was best for me and the repair. They also gave me recommendations for future issues that may arise. I thought the repairman was very personable and very knowledgeable and extremely service oriented. He took care of the issues expediently and I appreciate that he gave me options for that repair. Great first impression!
