I recently had a problem with my air conditioner and had to place an after hours call since they were completely booked and it was almost the weekend. They kindly placed me on a cancellation list in case something freed up. Even though a slot didn't free up during work hours, the on-call tech called me back and walked me through a series of troubleshooting steps just to confirm whether there was definitely a problem. He was patient, very well-informed and clear in his instructions and the expected results. He was out in Stony Plain but was convinced there was indeed a problem. Once he arrived on site, he checked a few things, and had a hunch it was the capacitor. He got a special tool out from his truck and was able to verify that it was. He thought he had a spare with him and he did not, but he went back to the shop and installed it that same night to ensure the unit would be working for the hot weekend!
