Our installer, David S., did not give up until our requirements were met. This was not an ordinary installation but an in-floor heating solution. It took a number of one-on-one discussions and some return visits but we are now very pleased with the result. David is knowledgable, open and customer friendly, and is always willing to explain what he is doing and listen to thoughts from the customer. The office staff are extremely friendly and helpful as well. I would recommend Capital Plumbing to anyone who needs new or replacement plumbing, radiant in-floor heating or A/C work done in their home.
