Fast service, great at explaining issues
Our furnace stop working on Christmas day. Tech called to try and troubleshoot before heading out (saving us a service call). When that did not work, we ended up being the next service call. Even thou the tech had some calls while servicing our furnace; he did not rush while troubleshooting the issues. It turns out it was a bad motherboard. All wholesalers were close for both Christmas and boxing day. I received a call at 8:00 on December 26 to let me know that the tech was heading to the wholesaler to pick up the parts and would be there right afterward. He was here for 9:20 and had all the work completed by 10:30. I would like to thank Andrew for all of his help in dealing with this issue.
