This was our first time getting new flooring and the largest upgrade we’ve made to our home so needless to say we were very cautious, inquisitive and well, green. The salesperson, CJ was very helpful and friendly which is so key to customers such as us. She was very patient with all of our questions and walked us through our hesitancies. She was knowledgeable and prompt with getting answers for us if she didn’t have one. We shopped almost every flooring competitor in the area and found WCF to be very competitive in their flooring selection and pricing. Alex from the installers was professional and followed through on all of her
commitments. She was also very accommodating of all of our requests. The installers, Hass and Eddie were great. They were very focused on their work and did an awesome job. They were also fun to joke around with which was a nice break being as we spent so much time together. Hass was very good with calling attention to unique areas that would need special attention paid to them in order to make them look clean. He provided us with the available options in order to make the best decision for us. He also offered his professional opinion which was extremely helpful to us. We couldn’t be happier with our new flooring and the overall experience from beginning to end. Thank you WCF!
