good workmanship; seems they overbooked themselves

original time frame by sales person was 3 days; installer estimated 6 days; total time required to finish the job was 2 weeks (10 working days).

Thank you for your comments and as always we appreciate the feedback. We are very sorry for the miscommunication of your hardwood flooring project for your home. Unfortunately, with this large of a hardwood flooring project our sales team always quotes under 7 to 10 working days to complete, so I am not sure where this time difference came from. We are glad to hear you are happy with your overall workmanship.
