We explained what we were looking for when we walked into the store, and although it was the third store we had visited with the same information, it was the first place where we were guided in such a manner as to help us really find what met our criteria. We provided each store with the same explanation, but yours gave us completely different results. Listening to us and guiding us made all the difference, you answered all our questions, and it didn't even take much time. Our carpet purchase went from ho-hum drudgery to a decision we were happy to make.

Our carpet has been installed for a few months now, and everyone who comes inside notices and comments favorably on it.
