We had a leaking toilet and had a plumber come out to fix it. It was $200 to just reset the toilet. The problem wasn’t fixed and had him come back out but was late so we had to reschedule. Came out again and was an hour and a half late but luckily I was home for him to fix it. Was there about 20 mins to reset it again but also put a wax ring on. He was very nice but I don’t know if he knew what was causing it to leak. The next day it was leaking again so we went to Lowes, pick up some parts for less than $10 and fixed it ourselves. When we picked up the toilet, he did not clean the previous wax ring or underneath the toilet to know what the problem was. The problem was a loose screw that needed to be cleaned out with a new wax ring.

Like I said, the guy was very nice but we want be asking for their service anymore.
