My water heater began leaking, it was 21 years old. I contacted ASI to set up a plumber to come replace. Carlton Pierce contacted me and some questions. When I told him the present water heater was in a small closet, he stated he would come look at it. Carlton discovered that we had a 30 gallon water heater in this small closet, he advised a 40 gallon water heaters dimensions would not fit back in through the door way with out causing a tear out of the drywall and door. Carlton began checking to find a water heater that would fit through the door and into the space. He did locate a water heater with the correct dimensions. He explained everything that he was replacing and showed why. Once completed with the water heater, my wife asked him to repair a outside water faucet that had been giving her fits.
