The gentleman who came to help us from ASI Plumbing was very courteous. He told us what the best thing to do would be considering our situation, and we followed his instruction.
So far we have had no problems with his installation of a new commode. It was our first time using them, and because they had to make two trips out here for the same problem, they gave us a $10 discount.
