I needed the gas line moved for a dryer. Made the appointment online and received a confirmation email minutes later. Mike Sloan was the plumber who came out to do the work. He called ahead of his arrival time to let me know he was on his way. He assessed the work and gave me a price before he started. The work went well. Mike explained to me where the shut off valves were and asked if I had any questions.

Mike was courteous and professional. I have had lots of work done on my home over the years and it was nice to have someone who did not use foul language and was not apathetic about their job.

I also appreciate that Mike took a few minutes to address another question I had about venting my water heater. He didn't try to sell me anything. He just told me what my options might be in the future if I were to buy another water heater. He said everything I currently had was in working order.

Thank you to ASI for using online technology to make things easier for the customer but not sacrificing customer support in process. I'd recommend ASI Plumbing and Mike again.
