Carlton did such a FANTASTIC JOB on my mother's Water Heater Replacement. He came in with covered shoes, smile on his face, greeted everyone present, and went right to work on my mother's request. He informed us of what would happen and what each thing he would perform to get it up and running. Carlson gave us some helpful hints on how to maintain and keep the heater running smoothly.
