Mike Sloan did a great job finding the leak in a frozen pipe outside. He had to crawl under our deck to find and fix the leak. He was very courteous and positive about the repair--even though it was wet and a mess under the deck! It turned out that the faucet to the outside hose was not optimally placed. He worked with his office to determine the best course of action. They even will give me a discount when they come back to make the final adjustments. (I have chosen to have the deck railing modified for easier access to utilities.) This is the first time that I have called ASI Plumbing and I definitely will call them again. Great customer service and a repair well done.
