My family and I have lived in our new house for only 2 weeks. We are new to the area, so we don't have any plumbing connections and were connected to ASI through our home warranty company. The service provider was very polite and thorough. He explained everything and didn't pressure us to get some work done we discovered wasn't covered under our warranty. He called ahead and arrived within the scheduled time frame. Overall, I'm very pleased.
