Hall's Heating and Air Conditioning came out to fix my air conditioning when it was pretty urgent and they came out here got out pretty darn quick. It was over a hundred degrees outside and I was sitting in front of fans and ice trying to keep cool. Everyone was busy, but Hall's Heating and Air Conditioning was there in a day and a half. which I truly appreciated in that weather. The young guy who came was very communicative and he told me what was happening every step of the way. He talked about coverage with me in clear terms so I knew what would be my portion. Everything was above board with no surprises. He got my permission at each step to make sure I was on board with what he was doing. Everything turned out the way I wanted and my air conditioning was fixed! Overall, they provided me with service that was professional, efficient and prompt.
