Patrick from Hall's Heating and Air Conditioning came out because our air conditioning wasn't working. He came out within the time frame they gave, which was only 2 hours. They said between 2-4 p.m. and Patrick called at 3:30 p.m., which was great. He had the part on truck already, and was able to get everything running within 30 minutes, so that's pretty good. They must have done their homework on the unit. Everything is great and working great.
